Sulekha Rani is the Legal Adviser of Jharkhand Foundation Kendra. Her journey into advocacy began when she witnessed the challenges faced by women in her community and recognized the need for systematic change. After completing her B.Sc (Hons.) (Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag), L.L.B (Law College, Dhanbad), and L.L.M from Sidhu Kanho Birsa, University, she decided to channel her skills and energy to bring change into the community. Being background in law and a deep commitment to social justice Sulekha plays a crucial role in addressing legal barriers that hinder women from achieving their full potential. She believes that access to justice is fundamental for empowering women and dismantling systemic inequalities.
